Professor Mingtao PEI received his Bachelor's degree and PhD degree of Computer Science from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1995 and 2004, respectively. From 2009 to 2011, he was a visiting scholar in the department of computer science at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), a member of the Computer Vision Technical Committee of CCF, a member of the Pervasive Computing Technical Committee of CCF, and a member of the Multimedia Technical Committee of the China Society of Image and Graphics. His research interests include computer vision, pattern recognition, and medical image processing. He has published more than 100 technical papers in international journals such as IEEE TIP, TMM, IEEE TITS, CVIU and top international conferences such as ICCV, CVPR, AAAI, IJCAI, and obtained 10 invention patents.
裴明涛教授于1995年、2004年分别获北京理工大学计算机科学与技术学士和博士学位，2009年至2011年美国加州大学洛杉矶分校访问学者。中国计算机学会会员，中国计算机学会计算机视觉专委会委员，中国计算机学会普适计算专委会委员，中国图象图形学会多媒体专委会委员。主要研究方向为计算机视觉、模式识别、医学图像处理。在国际重要学术期刊IEEE TIP，TMM，IEEE TITS，CVIU以及ICCV，CVPR，AAAI，IJCAI等国际顶级会议上发表学术论文100余篇，获国家发明专利10项.
